For a general category you would be rquiring rank of under 18k to stand a chance of getting a seat irrespective of lure of branch.
So in term of percentile you would requiring a minimum 98%ile.
But looking at your name, I'm supposing you are a female candidate. So you can expect a seat under 97%ile.
Ps: MNNIT A is a great place for women/our ladies. I've seen my female seniors or ma'am to be involved in every corner of an activity ranging from reseach, TPO, dramatics, art, FS etc.
