Actually in some materials It would be given as 60- 40 but in some 50- 50 weightage would be given. So instead of worrying about weightage, concentrating on both class 11 and 12 and giving equal preferance would yield high results.

Hello Swapna,
There is almost an equal weightage of questions asked in NEET from both classes 11 and 12. Be thorough with all your chapters. Also, there is a fairly good balance in the difficulty level and maximum questions are of moderate difficulty. So make sure you make minimum negatives.
