Hi,
You can choose Kerala as your domicile state as you were born there. For eligibility of choosing Karnataka also as another domicile state, know that Only those applicants are eligible for obtaining the Domicile certificate in Karnataka who are the permanent resident or living for more than 6 years in the state. If you fulfill this criterion, you may choose both Kerala and Karnataka as states of domicile and you would get 85% State Quota for both states.
