The NTA testing authorities or any other media house have not yet disclosed the exact numbers of the students appearing for JEE from various states.A category wise student distribution all over India was though released.And as far as the admission process is concerned you must not worry about your state rank as it is ultimately the CRL according to which your admissions will be conducted.Hence there is no proper procedure to form a state rank on the basis of your CRL.You would be asked to submit the CRL to the admission authorities on the basis of which ranking will be done.So I hope you are now clear about the admission process.Best of luck.
