Hey,
Cutoff marks for government college depends from state to state and from category to category. If you need a safe score, I suggest you aim for 550+ which will give you good chances of getting the admission in government college of your state by state quota.

see this question is very unclear since it depends on the question paper of a particular year and the relative performance of the different people appearing for the examination on which year percentile is decided and 50th percentile is the benchmark of qualification for unreserved candidates in NEET examination
the cutoff will differ from college to college and state to state as well as whether you are availing the 85% state quota or 15% all India quota
but yes if you are scoring in excess of 500 out of 720 there a good chances that you will make it through to good government medical colleges of your state of domicile availing the 85% state quota and if you score in excess of 550 to 600 out of 720 then you will be able to make it through to even the best government medical colleges across the nation using 15% all India quota
