If you talking about the 85% quota, if you have a domicile of Karnataka as the cutoff here for general merit students for MBBS seats goes as low as 460 but it changes and it also depends upon the difficulty of the paper so all the best and try n get above 500. You can surely get a seat.

You need to have a percentile of at least 50% (general category) which means that your rank needs to be in top 50% of total candidates.
Remember! This is qualifying cutoff. This doesn't guarantee you a seat.
Cut-off scores for seat matrix are decided after the declaration of results.
However going by the previous year trends. A score around 500 would be good.
Personally I advise you to aim for at least 500.
