How much marks required in 12th for applying iit test

For open category,A minimum of 75% aggregate  marks across 5 subjects namely PCM and two languages, is mandatory to be eligible for JEE advanced, the candidate can also be allowed if he is tiop 20 percentile.

For SC/ST , the criteria is relaxed to 65% percent.

Moreover, to qualify for JEE advanced, ome must have appeared for JEE mains and must be in top 2.24 lakh ranks.

There is no such percentage criteria mentioned for applying but yes, to get seat in IITs  either you will have to get 75% or you should be there in top 20 percentile. So you can apply and try to fulfill anyone criteria mentioned above.
