Hello aspirant,
LPU offers direct admission for various engineering programs. If an aspirant has qualified the JEE Mains with minimum 80 percentile then he/she does not have to appear for the LPUNEST which is a National Eligibility and Scholarship Test conducted by LPU for fulfilling the eligibility criteria. But if an aspirant did not secure 80 percentile, then they have to appear for LPUNEST exam and score 30 % to 40 % Marks of the total marks for qualifying the exam.
Aspirants should have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, and should also qualify in LPUNEST or JEE Main.
For an aspirant, who did not study English as a subject, the condition of English would be waived off given, the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
5% relaxation is provided for aspirants who are from North East states and Sikkim, Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.
