How much rank to get a seat in AU and SV university for OC candidates

If you mean AP EAPCET Engineering and OC (Open Category):

• Andhra University (AUCE): CSE generally closes around 1,000–1,300, ECE around 2,000–3,400; lower-demand branches can go beyond 8,000–20,000+.
• SV University (SVUCE): CSE is around 4,000–4,600, ECE can extend much further in later rounds, while Civil/Mechanical/EEE generally have higher closing ranks.

These are 2025 trends, so 2026 cutoffs can change. If you give me your AP EAPCET rank, I can tell you which AU/SVU branches you can realistically get.
