Dear aspirant, the score for each categories varies every year but as per the trends of last few years the cutoff for sc category is between 450-550 in order to get admission in government college. But what I would suggest is that you should prepare for neet and aiims irrespective of quotas and reservations and try to give your best.

As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%... Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota.. Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..
It will vary for each group
The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper
But going by last year trends around 450 - 550 marks will be sufficient enough to get a seat under Sc category.

Look score varies each year for any category as it depends on various factors but u can make out the query asked by you by checking out the cutoff ranks of the college you want to get in as the cutoff ranks for each govt college is different for each state and each college.

According to NEET 2017, the cut-off rank for SC category in All India Quota Counselling is 52996. I suggest that you prepare for NEET irrespective of reservations, marks and ranks. Here are a few tips for NEET preparation:
- Ensure that you are thorough with the NCERT prescribed textbooks, so that you have a strong foundation to tackle the questions.
- Solve papers in a mock exam format towards the end of your preparation. Analyse them as well; outlining the strengths and weaknesses.
- Plan your studies. Make a schedule of the topics you want to complete for the particular day, so that you don't waste time on deciding what to do. Don't keep the schedule rigid.
- Ensure that you are enjoying from time to time. Maintain good health as well.

Depends on how tough the paper is and overall merit according to the state.
Don't think of specifically SC quota while preparing for exam. Prepare as if you're a general category candidate.
I think to answer your question anything exceeding 500 would be a relatively safe bet.
