Majority are from ncert boks if you have good grip over ncert then chill man you can easily take chemistry out

I scored 155 out of 180 in neet 2014 just focusing on details of ncert book

Morover to get a clear picture what type of questions are asked i would suggest you just go through the previous year papers throughly

And also if you can join some test series of some reputed Institute they not just guide you what type of questions you should focus but also tell you which chapter out of whole syllabus are ultra important and also boost your confidence and make you practice how to manage your time while writing answers in exam

I would suggest you to go through the previous year papers along with sample papers as this will show all the important questions.
