How r du CLG strict in terms of attendance

hello dear!!!
Acoording to the university norms you should have a minimum attendance of 75% in the attendance. But I think the rules are not that strict. So records have the proof that with a attendance of 30% also some people wrote the exams I du by some of the fine procedures. Please comment for more doubts.

The DU attendance rule mandate that students have to register 66% attendance in order to be eligible to sit in semester examination.
