The govt. of india has merged the minority quota reservation with the OBC reservation as the religeous minority groups are given the OBC reservation. So you can apply through the OBC reservation with the relevant documnets and there are options in the online registration for this reservation and quota seats. So by selecting the approriate option you will be able to go through the minority quota counselling. There are also minority institutes in india offering the medical courses for the minority candidates. You can apply for the medical courses through the reservation.

You can apply from official website of neet 2019 and select minority quota.ategories other then general and OBC comes in minority quota like ST and SC. Some seats are reserved for minority quota students.
