How to cancel admission in du,if i am studying currently in it.will I have to pay fee of all semester (3yrs) if I want to cancel admission?

You can cancel your admission in any year you want if you are migrating somewhere else also the fees a person has to pay is of each year, in the even semester of each year and not the whole amount.
So don't worry and go for it.

If you have to migrate from one college to another within Delhi University then you have to get a NOC from the college where you want to take admission.
Documents required for the admission: NOC from both the colleges, Leaving certificate from where you pursued your first year, Marksheets of the cleared exam
Keep in mind you cannot switch between courses.
