if you need to get into Delhi university availing the 85% state quota in NEET you must be a main usko and excess of 550 out of 720 to attend the 85% state counselling seats
for all India quota 15% seats outside Delhi you also need to be scoring in excess of 600 out of 720 for the good government medical colleges but they may go as low as 450 to 500 depending on which medical college you are choosing and especially if they are in the non premiere States or lesser medical colleges which do not have a proper and flow of patients are even private medical colleges the cut offs may go down to as low as 450 out of 720

To get u admission in government medical college under all india quota and state quota you will have to score a minimum of 550+ to get seat through all india quota and state quota.
