The eligibility criteria and process of admission will be same for every student. You need to clear LPUNEST entrance test and pass 12th class with minimum 60% along with (physics , math and English) .

In order to get admission in LPU in B. tech programmes, you have to qualify LPUNEST exam, LPUNEST is a university entrance exam. As per the Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST (https://nest.lpu.in/engineering/index.php) .
Engineering school has been ranked 66 th among the top Engineering Universities and colleges LPU of India.
Engineering Programs at LPU are in the same league as BITS Pilani & many of IITs.
As per the world ranking 2022 LPU has been ranked 10th amongst top universities of India in engineering subject
the admission based on JEE exam is closed for now, however i would suggest to give LPUNEST exam which is LPU entrance exam.

Hello Tarun, at this juncture I can only suggest that you take LPUNEST because LPU is not yet giving admission to engineering students on the basis of JEE. The information pertaining to LPUNEST such as syllabus, previous year question papers, sample papers is given on the lpunest website. This is one way to ensure your seat in LPU. At LPU you can get admission as per eligibility condition and can also avail maximum scholarship benefits as per your score in JEE exam.
In 2020 admission session B.Tech programme eligibility says: Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 12th (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 12th, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains then LPUNEST is exempted.
On basis of JEE Mains the scholarships are assigned as per the percentile of the candidate.Minimum percentile required in jee exam to get scholarship is 80.

LPU does accept the JEE mains scores of both January and September Schedule.
The eligibility is 80%ile in JEE Mains and minimum 60% in 12th with Maths, Physics and English. If your score exceeds 80%ile, you get 20% scholarship, if it exceeds 85 then 25% and if it exceeds 90%ile than it is 35%
If at all your score is in lower brackets I would suggest you to write LPUNEST to improve your scholarship to 35% with your performance.
But be noted that these scholarship brackets are available till September 20th only.
So be fast and finish up your admission procedure, which is totally online this year.
The LPU support cell on the toll free numbers will guide you through the admission process and also resolve all the other queries if any.

Yes, LPU has a 80%ile criteria i.e.you need to have at least 80%ile in JEE Main to get admission in LPU.
You have to fulfil eligibilityi crietria:
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent.
Also there is a a scholarship (around 25%) for candidates with godd JEE percentile.
