Some IITs offer a B.Sc degree . But you will have to be course-specific. IIT Kanpur, for example, offers B.Sc in Physics.
Again there are IITs which do not offer any such degree at all.
So be clear with IIT name and course detail?

Applications in most of the institutes are over. have you applied in any private or govt institutes for Bsc?
Only some IIT offer UG courses like Btech and Bsc in Physics.
IIT Kanpur offers Bsc in Physics.
Rest either provide btech or master courses in physics.
