hi satyam, i have been where you are now. yes there are many books out there and they are all good in their own way, but the preference varies from person to person , for neet biology make sure that you thorough the ncert first as when i attended around 310 marks were out of ncert text book, and i would suggest you to use your entrance coaching material along with ncert first. understand the concepts well, use any good book you like just to solve more and more questions, analyse , rectify and learn from your mistakes, good luck
