To improve your marks u need to follow few steps
1. First of learn all the theorem from all the chapter in physics.
2. Focus more on scoring chapters like Modern Physics, Biomolecules, Probability, Vector and 3d Geometry, Electrostatic, Semiconductor.
3.After you get basic idea of all the chapter , start solving last year questions and books like last 8 year. This applies for all the subject, that means English too.This must be followed to get good marks.
4. Also give time to subjects like English which will help you gain more percentage.
