Dear aspirant,
As per your query their are many eligibility criteria for NEET 2019 which have been updated. The first one is you should have science in 10+2. Also upper age matters a lot. The criteria for that is for unreserved category, (SC, ST, OBC) category the existing age limit should be born on or between May 5, 1994 and December 31,2002. For more information click on this link.

To appear for NEET you should have completed your 17 years of age either at the time of admission , orelse on or before dec 31st 2020 ,
You should have completed 10+2 or equivalent with PCB as core subjects in both 11 and 12 from a recognized board ,
59% for UR category, 45% for PWD , 40% for OBC/SC/ST ,

Candidates who are citizens of India, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs and foreign nationals are eligible to take NEET 2019. Since NEET was made mandatory for candidates who wish to study medicine abroad, therefore, such candidates were required to fill the NEET 2019 application form.
Eligibility Criteria for NEET:
Candidate belonging to general category aged above 25 years are eligible to apply.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category and persons entitled for reservation under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 aged above 30 years are eligible to apply.
Candidate must be a citizen of India, Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) or Non- Resident Indian (NRI).
Candidates should have qualified class 12th board examination.
Candidates should have qualified PCB by obtaining at least 50% marks (for general), 45% for General-Physically Handicapped (PH) and 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
