How will the mop up round of AFMC pune for mbbs proceed (I mean are only the candidates registered in 1st round be forward and eligible)?

Mop-up round is for those candidates who did not get any seat in any of the rounds first or second. Mop-up round accounts for any leftover seats , which are left in round 1 or round 2. If any candidate has alloted in any rounds , and has left it. This will account for mop-up round seats.
