Yes, you can appear in JEE Advanced but only if you clear JEE Main with ranks upto 2,20,000.

You are eligible for JEE Advanced if you fulfil below eligibility criteria
1- To be eligible, the candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1993. SC/ ST and PwD category candidates will get a relaxation of 5 years i.e., they should have been born on or after October 1, 1988.
2- The candidates should have appeared for the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2017 or 2018. However, those candidates whose 10+2 (or equivalent) examination results for the academic session of 2015 – 16 were declared after June 2016 will also be eligible for JEE Advanced 2018.
