COEP pune, LPU Jalandhar, and VJTI mumbai provide a M.tech degree in construction management. IIT madras provides a M.tech degree in Building technology and construction management. If you are confused between two courses with similar names, I would advise you to check the brochure provided by the college you are looking for. You will get a detailed course structure and it will help you compare both the courses according to your preferences. If possible, you can also consider searching for colleges abroad in this field.
