I am a dropper. I gave my 12th boards and jee mains in 2019 but did not qualify for jee advanced. This year 2020 jee mains I have qualified for sitting in jee advanced. What should I fill in the "year of first attempt in jee advanced" in the registration form?? 2020 or 2019??

Hello student as you didn't appear for Jee advance in 2019 so this year it is your first attempt for Jee advance. So you need to choose first attempt in Jee advance application.
Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board. This year Candidates Neet to obtain a passing certificate only.
