Hi,
Yes, you can practice in Delhi High Court after completing your LLB, but for that you need to be enrolled with the Bar Council of India(BCI) and need to clear the All India Bar Exam after clearing the bar exam and fulfilling the requirements by BCI for this you can visit website of Bar council of India and get detailed information about the process, after completion of the same you will get enrolled and can practice in Delhi High Court
