For you with your AIR, it is not at all.possible to get a government dental college for BDS because your marks are pretty low as I am guessing from your AIR.
You can not get a seat through AIQ and state quota both because in both places the cut off rank does not go that high.
I would recommend you to opt for private dental colleges, if possible.
