Hey!

GN means general rank and GL means Girl. If you belong to general then there will bw no reservation for you. But as you are a girl then you are eligible for 20% reserved seats for girls in every institute. And there are two types of ranking in state exams, which is HS means home state and Os means other state , as you are not from UP thats why you are given OS ranking. So while counselling, HS ( home state candidates) will get preference over OS candidates, and GL will help you get you reservation benefits in Os ranking.
