Hello student,
If you dont hold Tamilnadu domicile too, you can apply for government and private colleges of TamilNadu, but not through state quota. You would be eligible to apply only in the all India quota. Also, You can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
