I am a non karnataka if I apply for karnataka state counselling will they allot me government college.i got 502 marks in neet 2019

Firstly you are not eligible to apply for Karnataka State Counselling because you are not from the State of Karnataka. Even if you apply, during the document verification, they will know that you dont have domicile of Karnataka and might cancel your registration. And the provisional State merit list is prepared only for the Karnataka students and only those whose names are in the list can register for State Counselling. If you are not from Karnataka, your name will not be in the list and so you cannot even register.
