I am a normal student and scored 75% in board(PCM) now i have to do btech with cs branch so btech is good option for me or not??

With such a rank I think you need to wait till the end of counselling....
You would get branches like Civil,eee,eie
But if you want to get cse or IT I would suggest you to opt for private colleges
