Hi Prabhat,
DU clearly mentions that the certificates for category candidates have to present at the time of admission. the certificates should not be less than six months old. You will have to show your income certificate at the time of admission.

But i dont have i have only obc certificate and for income certificate it will take time

You can take your OBC certificate and file an undertaking stating that you have applied for an income certificate. Please make sure that you apply for the income certificate as it is compulsory.
