I am a resident of Tamilnadu and have a BC certificate. But my parents are doctors hence I opted for general category in neet application. But I studied in cbse and so for eligibility certificate for tamilnadu neet counseling should I opt for BC or general category?

Hello.. I am from Telangana i belong to Muslim BC-E category. But in india we belongs to general category. In Telangana We dont get OBC certificate for muslims. So i marked general Category in Neet application and minority. So how is my neet state rank calculated by BC-E or general category?
