Neet is an all India level common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get admissions into both private and government colleges.
With your marks and your category, it is not possible for you to get into a government and private colleges with merit quota through first counselling as the cutoff for the better colleges will be between 350 to 450.
But you can try for the second and third counselling to get into the private colleges.
You can also get into the private colleges through management quota.
