As per your percentile, your probable general category rank is 37,800. However, this rank is subject to change as and when the NTA announces the final result after the April session of Paper 2. But as far as I know, you may not be eligible to get a seat in NIT because the closing ranks across all NITs ranges between 1000 - 2000.
