I am an OCI and I have done my 1-9th in America. I have done 10th and 11th in India and I am currently doing my 12th in India. Am I eligible for DASA 2021, after I take JEE mains 2021?

sorry to say you are not eligible.

as for the latest notifications, candidates must complete their qualifying exam in abroad, that is you must complete your 11th and 12th in abroad, also should have last 8 years education in abroad.
