No, you cannot get Fees Reimbursement if you opt for payment seat. If you get admission through TS EAMCET Counseling only then you can get full fees/ partial fees reimbursement if you are eligible for fees reimbursement.
Though you belong to Andhra Pradesh you can join in Telangana Colleges and get fees reimbursement from Andhra Pradesh Government if you are eligible for fees reimbursement and can get seat through TS EAMCET counseling.
