I am applied in obc quota in NEET-19 ,can i considered for general quota if I scored top marks

Hey!!
I am sorry to say but the answer is No because once the details get filled , it can't be corrected after the period of correction announced by the authority (NTA) . You will be considered as OBC category if you applied and filled the application form as OBC candidate irrespective of your marks.
