Sorry to say but According to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get good government medical college even if you have a state Quota of Tamil Nadu. The cutoffs of Tamilnadu are very high, mostly above 590.
I would suggest you to look for other colleges or drop this year and study hard for next year examination.
