Delhi State quota eligibility :- one should either hold the domicile of Delhi or they should have done 10+2 from Delhi

So, even though you are from you UP , now that you're doing your 10 + 2 from Delhi , you will be eligible for Delhi State quota

UP State quota eligibility :- candidate should hold domicile of UP and should have done  10+2 from UP . If the candidate has done 10 or 10+2 or both from other state then needs to produce domicile certificate of UP to be eligible for UP state quota

So , even if you are doing your 10 + 2 from Delhi , you  will be eligible for UP state quota as well if you have up domicile certificate

Thus, you are eligible for both UP and Delhi State quota
