Dear Sai,
I understand your concern very well and its quite a common thought that arises in each and every individual pursuing psychology. Since, this study is growing day by day and so in its demand, you can choose either of the career choices. But, overall it all depends upon your interest and your coping abilities.
For I/O psychology, you tend to be good in your analytical skills as well as good in mathematical and reasoning abilities , as the name suggests you'll be working in an organisation and also for the sake of employees and their skilled behaviour and issues.
For Counseling and Clinical psychology, though these two streams are different but the work and therapeutic approaches are quite similar. While Clinical deals with more of severe psychological disorders and their treatment using psychotherapy; Counselor work upon how the condition can be created through talk and other therapeutic procedures with less severe problems or conditions of the respective clients.
For Forensic psychology you should be high on your biological study background and good in learning more than actually studying it. Its all surrounded by laboratory work , testing samples, stimulus, other source specific study and is dependent on raising your medical foundation over mental behaviour.
Salary
The expected salary for any of the above mentioned fields totally depends upon your experience, study, and most importantly your application and understanding of your work. Psychologists all over the world earn a good amount of money so you need not be worried over this matter clearly. Just put in your best efforts in whatever field you choose and you'll get your reward more than expected, guaranteed for sure.
Good luck
Hope it helps.
