To be eligible to take the JEE Mains examination you need to pass your 12th boards or equivalent qualifying exam in the year 2017 or 2018 or should be appearing in 2019. If you passed it before 2017 you are not eligible. Also, there is no requirement for any minimum aggregate marks in 12th to be eligible to appear in Jee Mains. You just need to pass in 12th.
