Hey, If you have a domicile of Maharashtra and you want to go for Bhilwara government medical college you will definitely have to apply for it or you can get it through All India quota but let me tell you.. If you want to get college in Rajasthan be make sure you have scored good marks the cut off for Rajasthan goes very high.. Good luck..
