I am expecting 242 in NEET UG 2018 . Will i get mbbs admission . I also belong to SC category.

With the score of 240 in NEET UG, you will be able to secure admission to a private medical college or probably a deemed university. Although, it cannot be said certainly because the private colleges do not follow the reservation criteria like government colleges do. If you want to take admission to a government medical college under 85% State Quota then it depends on the cutoff trends of your state but I must tell you that the cutoffs for most of the states for SC category candidates are higher than the score you mentioned.

Don’t lose hope and make sure to participate in all the counselling processes that are open for you.
