I AM FACING THE PROBLEM WITH NEET UG COUNCELLING OF REGISTRATION PROCESS. IT SAYS "YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR REGISTER COUNSELLING".

NO I HAVENT DONE REGISTRATION IN FIRST ROUND. I TRIED REGISTERING BUT COULD NOT COMPLETE AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE OTP ON MY PHONE. SO PASSWORD GENERATION PROCESS COULD NOT BE COMPLETED HENCE REGISTRATION COULD NOT BE DONE. I WANT TO FRESHLY REGISTER FOR ROUND 2. AND THE DATES FOR REGISTRATION ARE TILL 13TH JULY 2019.My NEET SCORE is 472.My Roll No. is 311506635My application No. 190410929213Candidate Name: KAUSTUBH KRISHNA TATEMother Name: SUREKHA KRISHNA TATEDate of Birth: 31-05-2000 I have previously tried registering on 24th June 2019 but could not complete the process due to technical problem faced.  Password Generation process was not carried out due to OTP was not received on the registered mobile.Registered Mobile No. 9********3 Email Id. k***********@gmail.com.I have neither received any mail regarding this registration process neither any OTP on Mobile No. or Email Id mentioned above. I have checked all my inbox as well as spams. I have freshly tried for registration process on the website on 11th July 2019 multiple times but the Error occurred saying “You are not permitted Register for Counselling”.I have tried through various means (Helpline No. 18001027637) to contact you and solve the problem regarding the same but that could not be of any help.  PLEASE KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR SUPPORT.
