I am still trying to register Neet UG 2018 Counselling but everytime an Error comes as 'YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED REGISTER FOR COUNSELLING'

The problem might be that you haven't scored enough marks to be able to register for the counseling or it might be some server problem.
Keep trying and if you haven't qualified the examination you won't be able to register it.
