Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 540 marks to get into a government medical college in bihar via the state quota counselling.
Talking about this year, the student who got admission in the first round of the counseling had 599 marks and that of second round had 578 marks. So I guess you have some chances of getting a government medical college in bihar.
