But mostly It will depend on which branch you choose.

Yes you should have domicile certificate as which you can apply for If you have house in West Bengal.As per your rank you are eligible.

That's what i say, my house is bihar and my domicile is bihar,so i can't get kalyani government engineering college. Isn't it ??

inorder To get admission it’s compulsary to have domicile of West Bengal as these colleges are funded by government of West bengal state.So even if you have good rank you cant get admission unless you have west Bengal domicile.
