Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you are eligible to apply to the B.Sc. B.Ed. (Integrated) programme. Because you have a PCM background and scored 69% in 12th boards, you are eligible under the basic eligibility criteria many universities will have. These criteria usually require 50–55% marks in 12th + science subjects. There are a few universities that accept students from Delhi for the B.Sc. B.Ed integrated programme. Here's a list of some of them:
- Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs) through the CEE (Common Entrance Exam) conducted by NCERT. You could apply for RIE Ajmer or RIE Bhopal; both have a track record of accepting students from Delhi.
- Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) – yes they sometimes have also integrated teaching programmes.
- Central University of Haryana – collects students from Delhi and have integrated teacher education programmes.
- Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak – relatively close to Delhi and has a history of accepting students from Delhi.
