I am from Himachal and seeking admission in NIT Hamirpur which is in Himachal itself my percentile is 82.3 will I get any stream there?

Sir i got 82.6 percentile having SC rank 10299 abd all india rank 200851 with home state quota for NIT hamirpur can i get admn into????
