Based on your percentile rank and category there are feasible chances for you to get into NIT's.
They are
Nit meghalaya
Nit manipur
Nit mizoram
Nit arunachal pradesh
Nit silchar
But as the cutoff keeps on changing according to the year, you'll have less chances to choose in between electrical and computer science branches
